
Can I really return your service and get a full refund during the first 60 days if I'm not satisfied for any reason?
Yes. We are so confident in our product and service that we know you'll want to continue offering our Internet service to your guests, but in the unlikely event you don't want to continue we will only ask you to return all equipment to receive a full refund with no further commitment.
I already have a Broadband connection - Do I need to order a new connection?
No wiflow can make use of your existing Broadband connection.
I don't yet have Broadband can you supply me with a connection?
Yes Wiflow can supply you with a single Broadband connection that will be suitable for you office and guest requirements.
What are the system requirements for wiflow?
You need to have a Broadband connection and available power sockets around your property.
What will I need to install?
After a wireless network engineer has surveyed your fire/floor plans provided we will know how many wiflow nodes you will require. Wi-Fi nodes will then need to be mounted next to available power sockets.
What is a wiflow node?
A wiflow node is an ultra small and advanced Wi-Flow transmitter similar in size to a box of cigarettes along with an antennae.
How does wiflow work?
Wiflow works by using the latest in Wi-Fi technology. Onces your nodes are installed they will automaticaly configure themselves to talk to each other throughout your property. The nodes are then centrally supported and monitored through our datacentre.
How many wiflow nodes will I need to install?
The number of wiflow nodes required will depend on the size of your property, however rest assured that we will ensure we provide enough nodes to provide guaranteed coverage throughout.
What equipment will I need to install the Wi-Fi nodes?
No equipment is required to install the Wi-Fi nodes. If you do want them wall mounted you will require some screws and a screwdriver.
Once I have the wiflow welcome box how long will it take for the service to be active?
Once you have received the wiflow welcome box and plugged in our wireless modes as requested you will need to call us to activate your system. This process usually only takes 15 mins.
What hours is guest telephone support provided?
Guest telephone support is provided between 8am and 10pm Monday to Friday.
Are guests presented with a customised welcome page when they connect?
Yes. When guests connect they will be presented with a welcome page that will be customised for your property. They will then just need to "Click to continue".
I want to charge for access, is this possible?
No. It is wiflow's ethos that hotels should be providing a free Broadband service to their guests and that the return on investment with wiflow will be far great from related increased occupancy turnover than direct revenues could ever acheive. In short guests now expect free Broadband Internet access in their room during their stay.
Can guests be redirected to my property website when they connect?
Yes. When guests connect they can be automatically redirected to your website.
Can I make guests to visit my website at a required interval?
Yes. We can setup the system so that guests are brought back to the welcome page at a set interval e.g. 30 mins, 1 hour or 1 day.

Wiflow is owned by Hotel Broadband a leading high speed Internet provider for hotel guests since 2002.
How long am I committed to using Wiflow?
Our fees are low, but you will need to commit to our service for a 3 year term.
